I brought my Dodge Ram 2500 in to have a tire replaced. While I was there, one of the employees mentioned that they could also install a power steering pump, so I scheduled to bring the truck back on Saturday morning for that service. A family member had already purchased the power steering pump, and I provided it to the shop for installation. The installation took the entire day, and I picked the truck up after the shop had closed. However, the truck was still making noises coming from the power steering system after the installation. Since then, I have taken the truck to multiple mechanics and spent additional money replacing other components while trying to diagnose the issue. We eventually discovered that the power steering pump that was installed was the incorrect pump for the vehicle. I have been attempting to contact the owner to discuss the situation and find a resolution, but my calls have gone unanswered. I am simply looking to discuss the matter and see if there is a fair resolution

I purchased a used tire, and it went totally flat the next day. I went back there, and they replaced the tire. The second tire went flat within two weeks, so they replaced that tire, and sadly, that tire also went flat. This place does not do good business, and I would not recommend them.

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Conduct at Beach Tires and Rims Rating: ⭐️ (1/5 Stars) I recently visited Beach Tires and Rims in Norfolk, VA, hoping to purchase a single tire. My experience highlighted significant issues with customer service, operational efficiency, and management professionalism. 1. Excessive Wait Time and Poor Communication I arrived around 11:30 AM and was immediately told they had the tire I needed for \bm{\$50}. Despite being told the service would be handled, I was left waiting for over 90 minutes for a simple tire mounting job. At 12:05 PM, I inquired about the delay and was met with an unhelpful comment from a staff member regarding their own wait, which did not address my service need. The tire was not finally addressed until approximately 1:00 PM. 2. Unprofessional Employee Conduct After the service was completed, the employee who mounted the tire was highly unprofessional, using a whistle to get my attention rather than speaking directly. So first I called ahead of time and he was able to give me exact price including fees and taxes. Then when I got there they came and spoke and got it done very quick. Very nice service and will definitely be back for work on my other vehicle.

Moving from Texas to Virginia and after $8000 of work into my car from being sold a lemon, this is absolutely the best and greatest service that I have been provided. I am truly grateful of the staff here they are fast, efficient, and most importantly their prices were so affordable. I couldn’t find a single thing to dislike about this shop. I went next-door to grab a Slurpee, came back in and sat down and they were already done with my car. That’s just how fast they work.
